Wineglass Bay – the easy way!


The Aqua Taxi is a dedicated ferry service along the Freycinet Peninsula that allows you to experience the best of both worlds – exploring this amazing coastline on foot and by water.  This custom-built boat is equipped with a special platform that allows you to walk off the boat and straight onto the beach!

The Aqua Taxi takes the effort out of your journey to world-famous Wineglass Bay. Enjoy a 20 minute cruise along the spectacular coastline and an easy, level, 30 minute walk to Wineglass Bay.

Cruise the coastline to Hazards Beach. Soak up the scenery at Wineglass Bay - relax, wander barefoot on the beach and swim in the refreshing waters of the Tasman Sea. Then wander back to Hazards Beach for your return Aqua Taxi cruise to Coles Bay.   Cost:  $70pp return

Option 2: Hike & cruise one way!

Feeling energetic and want the full Wineglass experience? 
Hike over the Hazards Range via the Lookout track for rewarding views of Wineglass Bay.  After relaxing on the beach itself, stroll across to Hazards Beach for a return Aqua Taxi cruise to Coles Bay.  Cost: $40 pp
