Summary of Booking Conditions
We will accept and hold unconfirmed reservations for a limited period of time. To confirm a booking, we require a deposit or full payment by the due date.
All internet bookings incur a 25% cancellation fee.
If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather and you cannot transfer to an alternative tour, we will refund any payments made.
All tours are subject to minimum number and weather restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or vary the tours in any way.
Cancellations
When you book with us, we hold the chosen spaces for you exclusively. Unfortunately, if you cancel we may have to charge you.
All internet bookings will incur a 25% cancellation fee*.
Cancellations over 7 days in advance (14 days for multiday tours) - all payments less a $20 cancellation fee* will be refunded.
Between 2 and 7 days notice - 50% of tour cost will be charged.
Less than 48 hours - Total cost of reserved seats charged.
No Show - Total cost of reserved seats charged.
*With sufficient notice we may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date or provide you with Credit / Gift Voucher without incurring this fee.
